What We Do
Besides our efforts to provide the most professional and efficient service to our clients, it is also our aim to educate the general, piano-owning public, regarding the care of their instruments, as well as providing guidance in choosing a registered/franchised technician for their service provider.

It is also our purpose to encourage the individual who has a serious interest in becoming a professional piano technician.

We will provide an experienced individual to speak at a community event with regard to piano service and other piano related issues. We fully realize that there are generally no handbooks given out with the purchase of a new or used instrument that will guide the new owner on how to protect their investment, or what to expect from their instrument once they receive it in their home.

The Chapter is committed to bringing in any individual who exhibits a serious desire to advance his or her skills and proficiency and achieve the level of Registered Piano Technician by training and completing the tests required.
